Our Dental Clinic is staffed with six full time Dentists, an Orthodontist and an Endodontist. The Dental Clinic offers preventative and restorative care for adults and children and we accept Medi-Cal and CenCal.

Meet our Dental Providers

Alice Huang, D.D.S.
Chief Dental Officer and Dentist

Dr. Huang earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of the Pacific and her D.D.S. from the University of the Pacific. Dr. Huang has dedicated her skills and experience to public health and addressing the oral health needs of low-income families and children.  She has been a dental director at community clinics since 2006, and Chief Dental Officer at American Indian Health & Services since 2013. She is passionate about the care she provides to the Santa Barbara community.

 

Jun Park, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Park received his Bachelor of Science from UCLA, and then received his D.D.S. degree from Northwestern University. He continued with residency training at the University of the Pacific in the Advanced Education in the General Dentistry program. He is pleased to serve the community at the American Indian Health & Services.

Sarah Chung, D.D.S., M.S.D.
Orthodontist

Dr. Sarah Chung is a Board Certified Orthodontist. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biological Sciences from University of the Pacific, and her D.D.S. degree from the University of California San Francisco in 2007. Dr. Chung also continued her specialty training at the University of the Pacific in the Orthodontics Residency program.  She has worked in both academia and private practice and is excited to serve the community at American Indian Health & Services.

Paymon Bahrami, D.D.S. 
Endodontist 

Dr. Bahrami received his D.D.S. from University of the Pacific.  He then completed his AEGD training from the University of the Pacific in Stockton and worked in academia, private practice and public health before continuing onto his specialty training at the University of the Pacific in the Endodontics residency program.  Dr. Bahrami is excited to serve the community at American Indian Health & Services.

Fannie Baillargeon, D.M.D.
Dentist

Dr. Baillargeon received her D.M.D. degree from the University of Montreal in 2016. She continued her training at NYU Langone in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. She is pleased to serve the community at American Indian Health & Services.

Anna Chung, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Anna Chung earned both her Bachelor of Science and her D.D.S. degree from the University of the Pacific. She has experience in private and non-profit dental clinics nationally, including the Native American Health Care Center in Sacramento, CA. We are pleased to have her as part of our dental department at American Indian Health & Services.
