The Patient Satisfaction report summarizes the findings from the American Indian Health & Services 12-month Patient Satisfaction Survey, adapted from The Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Clinician and Group 12-Month Survey that incorporates the CAHPS Expanded Patient-Centered Medical Home item set.
